2. Service description
Minut provides time tracking, client and project organization, manual sessions, history, statistics, exports and collaboration according to the selected plan.
3. Account creation and security
Users must provide a valid email address and accurate information, protect their credentials and promptly report unauthorized use through Support.
4. Acceptable use
Users must use Minut lawfully and fairly.
- do not bypass security;
- do not disrupt the service;
- do not access third-party data without permission;
- do not enter or share unlawful or infringing content;

5. User-provided data
Users are responsible for client and project names, comments, amounts, durations and all other information they enter, including ensuring they have the right to process it.
6. Collaboration and sharing
Project owners define what collaborators may access. All participants must protect the confidentiality of shared information.
7. Availability and changes
Minut may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, incidents or external causes. Features may evolve for service, security or compliance reasons without unfairly removing current paid rights.
8. Intellectual property
Minut and its content, interfaces, software and visual assets remain the property of the publisher or their respective owners. Users receive only a personal, non-transferable right to use the service.
9. Third-party services
Authentication, hosting and payments may rely on Firebase, RevenueCat, Stripe, Google Play and the Apple App Store, whose terms may also apply.
10. Suspension and deletion
An account may be suspended for security risk, fraud, serious or repeated breach, or legal obligation. Users may request account deletion through Support.
11. Liability
Minut is a time-tracking aid. Users remain responsible for declarations, invoices, accounting, tax and contractual duties and for decisions based on the service. Mandatory legal rights are unaffected.
12. Contact, law and disputes
Use the Support page for questions or complaints. These Terms are governed by French law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections. The parties will first seek an amicable resolution.
