Terms of Sale
Last updated: September 2, 2026
These terms govern paid Minut subscriptions purchased on the web, Google Play or the Apple App Store.
1. Seller
Minut is supplied by Fanny Ramseyer.
- Status: French micro-enterprise;
- Business address: Route de Vauguières, 34000 Montpellier, France;
- VAT not applicable under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
Contact and complaints: Support page.
2. Scope
These Terms of Sale govern paid Minut subscriptions purchased on the web or mobile applications and supplement the Terms of Use.
3. Plans and features
Free includes the timer, manual sessions, full history and personal daily, weekly and monthly statistics, with up to five active projects and five subprojects per project. Pro removes these limits and adds yearly and custom statistics, collaboration, team statistics, Excel imports and exports, a customizable break reminder, profitability and hourly rates.
4. Price
The applicable localized price, billing period and taxes are displayed before purchase. Future price changes are communicated under applicable law and platform rules.
5. Free trials
If a free trial is offered, its duration, conversion, price and cancellation terms are displayed before subscription. No trial should be assumed unless shown at checkout.
6. Order
An order is placed after the key features, price, billing period and renewal terms are shown and the customer expressly confirms the purchase. The platform provides confirmation on a durable medium.
7. Payment
Web payments may be processed by Stripe, Android purchases by Google Play and iOS purchases by the Apple App Store. Minut does not store complete bank-card details.
8. Term and renewal
Subscriptions run for the period displayed and renew automatically for the announced period unless cancelled within the stated deadline. Renewal details remain available in the relevant platform account.
9. Cancellation
Mobile subscriptions must be managed through the Apple or Google account used for purchase. Cancellation normally takes effect after the paid period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
10. Right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory fourteen-day withdrawal period for distance contracts. Its application to immediately supplied digital services depends on the service and express consents collected at checkout. Requests may be made through Support, subject to Apple or Google procedures.
11. Access to the service
Paid features are activated within a reasonable time after payment confirmation. For problems, contact Support with the account email and transaction reference, but never send sensitive banking information.
12. Failed payment
Access to paid features may be suspended after a declined, expired, cancelled or disputed payment, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
13. Warranties and liability
Eligible consumers retain statutory guarantees for digital services. Limitations do not apply where prohibited, including fraud, gross negligence or personal injury.
14. Data after subscription
When Pro ends, the account returns to Free and some features become unavailable. Customers should make any needed exports before access ends. Retention rules are described in the Privacy Policy.
15. Mediation and disputes
Consumers should first submit a written complaint through the Support page. Once a competent consumer mediator has been appointed, eligible consumers may contact that mediator free of charge. French law applies without removing mandatory protections in the customer’s country.
16. Changes
The Terms of Sale may evolve with the service or law. The version accepted at purchase applies, subject to lawful changes duly notified to customers.
